In the pursuit of inspiration

Lately I've been desperately searching the interwebs for inspiration. By which I mean inspiration to do all the things you start getting very cynical about as you get older and older, particularly in this credit-crunched, global warming, politically apathetic world we live in today.
Be happy.
Continue to have dreams.
Make them happen.
Live in the moment.
Pay it forward.
See that the glass is half-full.
Stay true to yourself.
Give thanks.
When you lose, don't lose the lesson.
Have peace-of-mind.
Take care of Earth.
See the best in every person.
We all want to ultimately live our life to the fullest despite the circumstances. Inspired living. It's so easy to retreat in to cynicism and apathy instead. I've done that one too many times. We all go through "the dark days" but if we don't keep our sights set on light, darkness is perhaps all we'll ever encounter. It helps to know there are people out there beating their circumstances and if there is one thing I wish, it is that I will be able to have at least half of that inner-strength and personal conviction that they have to fall down, get back up, fall down, get back up and to keep going. Amy Purdy is one of them.
